Of the two you posted now, I think this is the better of the two.
Good location, good use of depth of field (the blurry bg). Fairly good pose, I assume she's not a model...so that makes some sense then.
The only thing is, the focus seems to be just this side of the subject...like you used your feet as the autofocus point, I don't know if this was intentional or not...
